The rules below keep the server a fair and pleasant place to play. They apply to everyone, both in game and on the Discord. Breaking them is punishable, up to and including a permanent ban.
Insults, threats, sexual harassment, racism and sexism directed at other players are punishable offences. Competition is part of the game. Abuse is not.
Hate speech and the use of hate symbolism are not tolerated in any form: not in chat, character names, guild names, emblems or anywhere else.
Repeatedly targeting another player to make their time here miserable is harassment, and it is punishable however it is dressed up.
Custom GRF files and similar client modifications, botting and any other form of automated play are forbidden. So is running more than one client at a time, including through a second machine or other dual-hardware setups.
Exploiting a server bug for an advantage is punishable, and so is quietly sitting on one so that only you benefit. If something looks broken, report it.
Kill-stealing, dragging monsters onto other players in an attempt to get them killed, and general anti-social behaviour of that kind are punishable offences.
Buying or selling accounts, items, zeny or services for real money is strictly against the rules. There are no exceptions, on either side of the trade.
You are responsible for the security of your own account. Use a strong, unique password and don't share it with anyone. A compromised account is still your account.
Server staff will never ask you for your account username or password. Anyone who does is not staff, and pretending to be staff is itself a punishable offence.
Server staff reserve the right to change these rules at any time, without notice and without consent from players. The version on this page is always the one that applies.
